Google Ads does not behave differently in Barrhaven than it does in Orleans, so there is no honest page to write about that. What does differ is the business geography. A business-to-business pipeline in the technology park, a procurement cycle downtown, a walk-in restaurant on a main street and a bilingual audience in the east end each break a different part of the same measurement stack.

That is the whole basis of the routing. What a company in Morgan's Grant and a company in Kanata Lakes have in common is not a postal code, it is a sale that closes long after the click and a customer record that lives in a system the marketing team does not administer. None of the ten changes that problem, so none of them gets a page that could only restate it.

Eleven places, and the shortest group here for a reason: the core is small and dense, and the page already covers most of it directly. What routes in are the inner neighbourhoods on either side of it, where the organisations doing the buying are institutions rather than households. The common thread is not proximity to Parliament Hill. It is that somebody has to approve a tag before it goes live, the purchase is a process with a paper trail rather than an event on a website, and the person who reads the reporting sees it four times a year. That holds a few blocks out as firmly as it does on Elgin Street.

The Bank Street and Wellington West retail stretches, Hintonburg, Westboro, Little Italy, Lowertown and the neighbourhoods around them are where Ottawa's independent shops, restaurants and small hospitality operators actually trade. The distances between them are irrelevant to the routing; the shape of the problem is not. In every one of them the outcome worth counting is a person arriving in the room, which the digital record cannot see on its own, and the media budget is small enough that whatever is built to see it has to be cheap enough to be worth building.

Orleans, Vanier, Blackburn Hamlet, Cumberland, Navan and the villages further out hold the city's francophone concentration between them, and a business serving that catchment is running two languages through one account, one website and one report whether it planned to or not. That does not weaken with distance from the Orleans core, so the surrounding subdivisions and rural villages are answered here rather than being split off on a map. Nothing about the east end changes the problem, which is why none of the thirty-one has its own page.

They belong together because the businesses in them share a history rather than a location: long-established, owner-operated, and carrying a decade or more of marketing infrastructure set up by people who have since moved on. The recurring job is custody and cleanup rather than strategy. Which account, whose analytics property, which phone number, and how many times one customer has been counted since.
