Khaled Hawari — known professionally as Kal — is a Technical Project Manager and digital operations consultant based in Kanata, Ottawa, and the founder of Kodelytics Inc.

Kal’s background is unusual for a PM: he holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa (Telfer School of Management) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, with deep expertise in IFRS 15, IFRS 16, T2/GST/HST, and financial reporting. Before transitioning into technical project management, he managed $10M+ property portfolios, led IFRS implementation for acquired companies, and reduced month-end close cycles by 30% at Harris Computer Systems. That finance foundation — the ability to speak P&L, forecast rigor, and regulatory compliance — is what separates him from most PMs.

Today, Kodelytics leads complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across SaaS platforms, marketing analytics, enterprise data infrastructure, and web development. Kal coordinates engineering teams, data scientists, developers, and C-suite stakeholders — translating technical requirements into structured deliverables and measurable business value.

Technical delivery spans Python, Node.js, Next.js, Docker, AWS Amplify, Azure App Runner, Auth0, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, BigQuery, and Tableau. Kal runs Jira-based sprint planning, capacity management, budget tracking, milestone alignment, and risk mitigation across concurrent client workstreams. On the analytics side, he has managed enterprise geospatial infrastructure projects integrating EPA data, Census demographics, and GIS site selection models — as well as financial forecasting platforms with dynamic data entry, validation workflows, and accessibility compliance.

In paid media, Kodelytics manages Google Ads and Meta Ads programs across multiple client verticals — including leading the forensic response and full recovery from a $41K+ platform hijacking incident.

Khaled Hawari is trilingual in English, French, and Arabic, and operates across North American client bases remotely from Ottawa.
